How does it work?
At Pikoc, we want to make your life easier and make cleaning fun. So, we've come up with a subscription plan. No need to go to the store or place an order every month. You choose your delivery frequency, and we'll take care of the rest: your products arrive automatically at your door, ready to use!
Is it cheaper than buying one at a time?
Yes! And that's why we're offering it to you. With a subscription, you save:
- €4.50 per wash or €49 per year on your 1L wash (with the monthly subscription)
- €9 per wash or €54 per year for 5L (with the subscription every 2 months)
What is the subscription frequency?
We have designed several formulas for you, to adapt to your needs and your frequency of use of Pikoc laundry detergent.
- For 1L you have the choice between delivery every month or every two months.
- For 5L detergents we offer delivery every month and up to every 6 months.
What if I want to pause or cancel?
No worries! You're in complete control. If you need to pause or even cancel your subscription, it's easy: just log in to your customer portal. This is accessible using the link you received when you first ordered your subscription in the store. You can then choose to cancel or pause it.
* There is a small subtlety: if you have subscribed to a subscription for which you have to pay several times before being able to cancel it, you will have to wait until the end of this subscription.
Can I skip a delivery or change the payment date?
Absolutely! Sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise, and you may need to skip a delivery or postpone your payment. No problem! You can do this in your customer area.
Each scheduled delivery comes with a "skip payment" button that you can activate. You can then reschedule the fees and delivery for a later date. At Pikoc, we offer you this flexibility!
What if I want to add more products to my subscription?
It's easy! Discovered a new product you love and want to add it to your subscription? No worries, you can do it instantly in your account. Just click the "edit" button to add or remove items. Customize your subscription however you like!
What if I want to change the fragrance of my laundry detergent?
Don't panic, have you grown tired of a fragrance or want to discover another one? We've got you covered. You can go to your customer area and click on the "edit" button, which will then allow you to schedule another fragrance for the next delivery.
